A Kosher Cheat?

Snazzy Moms presents : Diet Food © - Mariamk.blogpost

Now I’m not saying that all you snazzy moms out there are always dieting the way I am. I’m what you call a chronic dieter and can’t even imagine life without dieting (ahhh, bliss). But is there really such a thing as a Kosher cheat? I always thought there was. I mean, can you really gain weight from a sugar free yogurt or a whole grain bagel? Well yesterday I sat down and examined exactly what I was putting in my mouth throughout the day. With 15 lbs left to loose after giving birth (35 lbs down already), I seemed to have hit a dead stop. Could it be all the healthy food I was eating that was making me fat?

Conclusion; yes! People seem to have this conception that healthy food is always healthy to eat. This couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s very easy to eat an extra 500 healthy and very unnecessary calories in just one day. And that can add up to an extra 4 pounds in just one month! Now don’t get me wrong, I’m no diet saint. We all need to cheat. Just make sure to enjoy those extra calories as if you are cheating and not as if it were part of your permissible daily intake
